Refund Policy

This Policy applies to both G.O.A.T Industries Ltd. and FabFix Industries Ltd. Note though that these two entities are separate and the refund will be with whomever is in charge of your specific item or project. 

Refund Policy 

At G.O.A.T And FabFix we take pride in delivering high-quality millwright services, machine installation, and custom metal projects. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the workmanship, communication, and result of each product. 

Because of the nature of our work- Custom fabrication and on-site service- our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Services

Once a service has been performed (such as millwright work, installation, or repairs), refunds are not available for completed labor. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work, we will:

  • Review your concern promptly; and 

  • make reasonable efforts to correct or rework the issue at no additional charge if it is determined to be a result of our workmanship.

All concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 7 days of job completion.

2. Custom metal Projects

All custom metal fabrication, welding, or machining projects are non-refundable once production has begun, as these items are made to your order and cannot be resold.

However:

  • If an error occurs due to our mistake 9(such as wrong material, incorrect dimensions, or workmanship defects), we will repair or remake the item at no cost to you. 

  • If a client requests a cancellation before materials are ordered or fabrication begins, a full refund may be issued.

3. Deposits

A deposit is typically required to secure materials, scheduling, or design work.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or labor has started.

  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, the deposits may be refunded minus any expenses already incurred (e.g., material orders, design time, or travel costs). 

4. Equipment or machine installation 

For installations, all completed labor and on-site time are non-refundable. If an installation issue arises that is proven to be a result of our error, we will correct it at no cost.

Damage or malfunctions caused by pre-existing conditions, improper operation, or third-party interference are not covered under our refund policy.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All workmanship is covered by a 60 day workmanship guarantee. This covers defects relating directly to labor or installation performed by G.O.A.T Industries Ltd. or FabFix Industries Ltd.. Material warranties are limited to the manufacturer's terms.
