Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all serviecs, installations, and sutom metal projects provided by G.O.A.T Industries Ltd. or FabFix Industries Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us") to the client ("Customer" or "you"). By accepting a quote, invoice, or contract, the Customer agrees to these terms.
1. Scope of Work
All work performed by the Company will be detailed in a written estimate, quote, or contract approved by the Customer. Any additional work or modifications not included int eh original agreement myst be authorized in writing and may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on current material and labor costs. ANy increase in costs due to material price changes, unexpected site conditions, or additional work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion or work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments not received by the due date may incure a late fee of 2% per month and could result in suspension of services.

Ownership of all fabricated items remains with the Company until full payment is received,
4. Cancellations

If the Customer cancels the project before work begins, the deposit may be refunded minus any costs already incurred (materials, design, travel, etc.).

Once materials are ordered or labor has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
5. Custom fabrication
All custom metal projects are made to order and are non-refundable once fabrication has started.
If a mistake is made due to our error (wrong dimensions, material, workmanship defect), we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
6. Installation & On-Site Services

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the sire is accessible, safe, and ready for installation.

If delays or additional labor occur due to site conditions beyond our control, additional charges may apply.

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or defects in machinery or materials supplied by others.
7. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. All services and installation s are covered by a 60 day workmanship guarantee against defects directly resulting from our labor. This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, neglect, or improper operation by the Customer

Damage caused by third parties or other contractors

Materials not supplies by the Company (manufacturer warranty applies instead)
8. Liability
While all work is performed with the highest safety and professional standards:

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising form the project or delays.

The Customer agrees to hold the Company harmless from claims or damages resulting from site conditions or third-party interference.
9. Safety & Compliance
Our technicians follow all relevant workplace safety and industry regulations. The Customer agrees to provide a safe working environment, including access to power, equipment, and any required permits.
10. Changes & Delays
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, shipping issues, or factors outside our control. Any change requests must be made in writing and may alter the cost or timeline.
11. Ownership of Design
All drawings, designs, and plans created by the Company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agree in writing. They may not be copies or used for reproduction without our permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance
By approving a quote, signing a work order, or making payment to G.O.A.T Industries Ltd. or FabFix Industries Ltd., the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
